It's COLD here, so I just made a big pot of Weight Watchers potato soup....YUMMY! I am not kidding! This stuff is good and filling and warms you up! Try it for yourself!
WW Potato Soup
1 bag Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes
4 cans fat-free chicken broth
Simmer together for 20 minutes. Then add:
1 package Pioneer fat-free country white gravy mix
1/2 cup water
In a bowl, blend the gravy mix and water together, then add to potatoes. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
1 cup = 1 point!!
(Of course you can add a tablespoon of light or fat free sour cream or shredded cheese as well.)
Yum I'm going to try this.

Yum. This sounds really good and the Fruit Salad made my mouth water so I'm trying that for sure. I like Barefoot Contessa but have never cooked anything of hers. Thank you for sending me the link to your blog. I have officially bookmarked it so I can go to it whenever I want and not when you invite me! Ha! I will be praying for Taylor regarding college. Remind him about the community college Northwest Mississippi - it was a godsend for me. Love you!
